Back garden Oosteinde Voorburg

A large natural pond and a garden house with mooring possibilities for a small boat at the very back of the garden, a vineyard for 20 vines, a flower garden, orchard, a trampoline, vegetable garden and chickens, all in a park-like setting. Those were the wishes for this large backgarden with large, old trees belonging to the Schoonoord house, a classic symmetrical house from the 19th century on a side stream of the Vliet in Voorburg. The flower and  vegetable garden, the vineyard (on an embankment) and the chicken run are situated close to the house. Fruit trees (new and existing) are scattered in the garden. Groups of Rhododendrons, together with the large trees in the grass create an estate-like atmosphere.
